An alternative healing experience through the manual manipulation of your muscle tissue using light to medium pressure to encourage better blood flow, relaxation, increased circulation, stress release, increased range of motion, and returning your body to a state of homeostasis.

A specialized modality for pregnant women to support, nurture, and alleviate stress, tension, and pain as a result of their changing body and posture, or simply to relax and re-energize. Like Swedish Massage, it encourages better blood flow, relaxation, increased circulation, and stress release.
***must be in, at least, the 2nd trimester (minimum 13 weeks along)***

Manual manipulation of your muscle tissue using deeper pressure/deep tissue massage to forcefully work out tension deep in the muscular and connective tissues caused by injury, trauma, stress, etc.

Manual manipulation of your muscle tissue using slow, deep strokes to work out tension deep in the muscular and connective tissues to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Deep focus on specific tender points in the muscles to reduce inflammation, increase blood flow, and release endorphins for pain relief.

Grief massage focuses on assisting a client with working through the grieving process of losing someone whether through transition by physical death or recovering from an abusive relationship.
This service can be used as a tool along with working with a mental therapist or as you see fit. I also work with children age 8+ 

We use essential oils derived from plants to enhance the massage experience and promote relaxation. This can be added to any session per client's request.

Reflexology: Using specific points on your feet or hands, pressure is applied to assist your body to work better through the easing of stress. Adds 5 mins to your session. NOT FOR PRE/POSTNATAL SESSIONS
