Join me Monday–Friday at 6:30 AM EST for Oriki recitations, a powerful practice of giving praise to our Creator, Ifa, Ègún (Ancestors), Orí (Consciousness), and Orisha. These sessions, lasting 15–30 minutes, are a space for love, support, and finding peace amid chaos.

🗣 Oriki Recitation: Spoken in Yoruba Monday - Thursday and English translation on Fridays. There is a call-and-response element that you may naturally pick up on over time.
