No. Sessions are personalized based on your needs, goals, and body cues. We’ll discuss your preferences before your session begins.

Morning Meditation sessions include guided meditation, grounding practices, and Oriki (Yoruba praise poetry) recitations to support energetic alignment and intentional living.

Sessions can be booked through the website and will have the most up-to-date availability or via provided booking links for events. All offerings require advance registration. Absolutely no walk-ins are taken.

Yes. Client information is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law. Please do not text any HIPPA protected photos, voice notes, files, etc. We have protected email for things of that nature.

Wear comfortable clothing. For massage sessions, you will be properly draped at all times. For Oracle Readings and consultations, bring a notebook & something to write with for note-taking. Simply bring yourself with an open heart.
