Booking Policy – Sherna’s Synchronicities, LLC
Thank you for choosing Sherna’s Synchronicities, LLC for your wellness and spiritual healing needs. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your session.
1. Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking platform or directly through phone/email.
- A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your session.
- New clients may be asked to complete an intake or consent form prior to their first visit.
- Services include—but are not limited to—massage therapy, Reiki, energy alignment, spiritual coaching, Oriki meditation, and ancestral healing.
2. Deposits & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic payment (e.g., Cash App, Paypal, Zelle, Fresha).
- Package sessions or special event pricing will be outlined at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Click HERE for Inclement Weather Policy)
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
- Emergencies are understandable—please reach out directly to discuss your situation.
4. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
5. Health & Safety
- If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of illness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6. Professional Boundaries
- All services are provided in a safe, sacred, and professional environment.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from future bookings.
7. Minors & Guests
- Clients under 18 must have parental consent and may need a guardian present.
- Please do not bring guests or children unless they are also scheduled for a session or needed for medical assistance.
8. Confidentiality
- All client sessions are confidential and treated with care, respect, and discretion. Your personal and spiritual information will never be shared without consent.
