The safety of our clients and practitioner(s) is our highest priority. In the event of inclement weather (including snow, ice, hurricanes, severe storms, flooding, or hazardous travel conditions), the following policy applies:

If Sherna’s Synchronicities, LLC determines that weather conditions make it unsafe to operate:

• Appointments will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
   
• Clients will be notified via email/text as soon as possible.
   
• Any deposits or prepaid sessions will be transferred to a future appointment date.

If you feel unsafe traveling due to weather conditions:

• Please notify us as soon as possible.
   
• If weather conditions are deemed reasonably hazardous in your area, cancellation fees will be waived, and your appointment will be rescheduled.
   

If inclement weather impacts electricity, safety, or building accessibility:

• Sessions may be rescheduled or converted to another appropriate service (when applicable).
   
• Clients will be notified promptly with alternative options.
   

We will provide updates via email and/or text. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up to date in the booking system.

If a client does not contact us and does not attend their scheduled appointment, the standard no-show policy applies, unless weather conditions are officially classified as hazardous for the region.

We encourage all clients to use their best judgment and prioritize safety. We will always do the same.
